Add 1 tsp ghee to the remaining oil and sprinkle half crushed whole garam masala.When they crackle,add the ground masala paste and coconut paste.Add turmeric, red chilli powder,kasoori methi,salt and pinch of sugar to taste.Add the fried chicken pieces and toss till oil leaves sides.Add a cup of water and cook on low flame till done.Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with crispy fried onion and chopped coriander.Serve with any Indian flat bread or pulao.
