- Take a bowl add chicken and add curd, ginger-garlic, green chilli paste, salt, fenugreek leaves mix well and keep aside.
- Take a pan add cumin seeds coriander seeds, fennel seeds red chilli, black pepper, black cardamom, green cardamoms, cloves, cinnamon stick, star anise and dry roast it and then grind in mixer jar.
- Take a pan add 1 tbsp oil add almonds cashew nuts coconut and stir fry and grind in mixer jar.
- Take a pan add oil, add onion and fry lightly brown and add chicken fry well and add grind it into dry powder spices, fry well then add almonds, cashew nut, coconut paste and mix well then add milk, cream and cook for 10 minutes with the lid closed.
