Instructions to make Khowse:
- Cube chicken and cook with spices (salt, dhanya, jeera, chilli powder, ginger garlic). Then pour in water, coconut water, maziena and Chana flour and leave to boil for 15-20 minutes.
- Make khachumbar by slicing all ingredients (onion, chillies, dhania) and mixing with salt and vinegar to taste
