Instructions to make Coconut Chicken Curry:
  1. Marinated the chicken with yogurt and black pepper and salt for 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds,red chilli whole & all the spices and satue till fragrent.
  3. Add onion slices and sugar and satue. Add onion paste,ginger garlic paste and satue.
  4. Add green chilli and satue then add remain salt,cumin poewder,Coriander powder and satue.
  5. Add cashew paste & poppy seeds paste and stir then add marinated chicken and stir.
  6. Cover and cook 6-7 min and stir occationaly.
  7. Again cover and cook 8-10 min till the chicken is tender and then the oil is seperated then add coconut milk and stir.
  8. Again cover and cook 3-4 min.
  9. Serve hot with roti,nun or laccha paratha.
