- Marinated the chicken with yogurt and black pepper and salt for 1 hour.
- Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds,red chilli whole & all the spices and satue till fragrent.
- Add onion slices and sugar and satue. Add onion paste,ginger garlic paste and satue.
- Add green chilli and satue then add remain salt,cumin poewder,Coriander powder and satue.
- Add cashew paste & poppy seeds paste and stir then add marinated chicken and stir.
- Cover and cook 6-7 min and stir occationaly.
- Again cover and cook 8-10 min till the chicken is tender and then the oil is seperated then add coconut milk and stir.
- Again cover and cook 3-4 min.
- Serve hot with roti,nun or laccha paratha.
