In a large mixing bowl place the chicken and season with all spices, salt, minced garlic and ginger. Season chicken inside and out and all around with paprika, oregano, and plenty of salt and pepper. Switch pressure cooker to Warm function. Pour in chicken stock and stir the pot to release any bits stuck on the bottom.
