I had roasted my chicken with "Bag 'N Season" and it made the best drippings and gravy. It was so easy I couldn't believe it.

  1. Dry roast 1 onion and coconut until slightly brown.
  2. Add the roasted ingredients in blender along with coriander and chillies
  3. Make a paste add little water if required
  4. Marinate chicken with curd
  5. Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan, add the chopped onion
  6. Saute the onion till the turn golden brown in colour
  7. Add salt,ginger/ garlic paste, turmeric powder,malvani masala,chicken masala and mix well
  8. Add chicken mix well to coat evenly cover with a lid and let it cook for around 20 mins
  9. Remove the lid add coconut paste and little water mix and cook 10 -15 mins this will cook the chicken completely
  10. Serve hot with kombdi(rice) vade or rice
