- Finally, stir in the yoghurt, cooked peas and simmer for a further 3-4 minutes.
- Serve in bowls with brown basmati rice or poppodums and naan.
Vegetarian - Leave out the chicken to make this vegetarian and vegan friendly. Return the chicken, potato and carrot back into the gravy and reduce heat to simmer. When the chicken is thoroughly cooked to tender, turn off the heat. Stir in the remaining coconut milk and add sugar and salt according to taste.
