- For idli:Mix all the ingredients together and soaked for 4 hours.Then blend it & keep aside for fermented.
- Make a mold with jackfruit leaf and poured the batter and steamed it for 20-25 minutes.
- You can use instant idli mixture also.
- For chicken: At first roasted all dry spices together. Then blended with onion, garlic and Ginger.
- Marinated the chicken with the masala & oil for 30 minutes.
- Then pour it into Baking tray & baked it into 180°c for 20-25 minutes Or pressure cook it for 3 whistles.
Add in bay leaf, cardamom and let them sizzle. Add in onions and saute till golden. Flax seeds idli podi is the best way to consume flax seeds in south Indian way. Also you can easily finish off your stock. I had some flax seeds sitting in my pantry other than some ground flax.
