- Add the chopped onions and tomatoes and green chilli and cover and cook on low flme till done. You can add water if required, Add salt as per your taste
- Once chicken is cooked garnish with curry leaves, ginger juliennes and 2 tbs of coconut oil to give it that Mallu flavor!! =)
