Today's Recipe is Kari Ayam Chicken Curry or Malaysian Curry. When we had gone for a vacation to Malaysia we had tasted a lot of Indian and Malaysian food. I came across this curry for the first time in Masterchef Australia.   2. Rub chicken with lime or tamarind juice and salt, and let it stand for 15 minutes. Heat oil and saute shallots until golden brown, than add ground spices, whole spices, lemon grass, pandanus leaves, curry leaves and chicken.
