  1. Use frying pan with olive oil. Cook medium heat.
  2. Add onions and peppers. Sauté 5 minutes to 7 minutes approximately.
  3. Add garlic and ginger. Sauté another 5 minutes.
  4. Add Laziza Spice mix. Stir.
  5. Add half cup of coconut milk.
  6. Add frozen cut okra.
  7. Add Rao’s tomato sauce.
  8. Cook for 15-20 minutes until okra is cooked.
  9. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
  10. Pair with Brown Basmati rice or roti or paratha bread.
