- Grind together coconut, coriander leaves, chilli, raw mango, Salt and make a chutney.
- Take 2 bread slices, apply chutney on one side of each slice, place a pakoda in between and sandwich the slices.
- Heat a frying pan and roast the slices by applying little butter.
- Serve hot with chutney /tomato sauce.
