Instructions to make Chicken Poha Bhujing:
  1. Grind the coriander and jeera seeds, add turmeric and salt mix it well.
  2. Marinate the chicken with this mixture and leave it aside for minimum of 1 hour. (I prefer to refrigerate it overnight)

It's should not be fully cooked as we will be cooking it further in the pan. Additionally, I covered the skewers with foil paper,. This helps retain the moisture in the chicken.
  5. Take a wide bottom pan.. Add oil.. Once the oil is hot add sliced onions and cook till slightly golden brown.
  6. Add the chicken and potatoes and give it a nice mix. Add around 2 tbps of water to it. Cover the pan and let it cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Now add the magical masala, mix it well..add coriander and let it cook with the chicken for 5 minutes.
  8. Add the poha, mix it well..cover it with a plate filled with water and let it cook for around 8-10 minutes.
  9. Chicken poha bhuijing is ready. you can serve it with a dash of lime.
