- Make paste of onion and tomatoes. Sise by side boil the chicken by adding little salt and turmeric powder.
- Cut the coconut in to thin slices,roast it on a tawa until is turn brown. Cool it now mix it with all.whole spices and then make fine paste.
- Now heat oil in a pan, add onion paste and cook for 3 to 3 minutes. Then add tomato paste and hain cook for 3 to 4 miniutes.
- Now add ginger garlic paste, coconut paste and cook for 2 minutes now add all the dry spices and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now add boiled chicken pieces to it and mix well. Cook it for 5 miniutes.
- Now add one cup of water to it and then cook it for 8 to 10 more minute on low flame.
- When chicken pieces get cook properly put off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Now put a bowl on cooked chicken. Put hot charcoal in it then add few drops or oil or ghee and cover it from all sides. It will give it a fine smoky flavour.
- Dhaba style garam rassa chicken is ready. Serve it with roti aor rice.
