- Prepare 1/2 cup oil
- Prepare As per taste salt
- Get 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- Prepare 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Make ready 1 tbsp fennel seeds
- Take Few coriander leaves
- Prepare 1 cup milk
- Make ready 2 tbsp cream

- Take a pan add 1 tbsp oil add almonds cashew nuts coconut and stir fry and grind in mixer jar.
- Take a pan add oil, add onion and fry lightly brown and add chicken fry well and add grind it into dry powder spices, fry well then add almonds, cashew nut, coconut paste and mix well then add milk, cream and cook for 10 minutes with the lid closed.
- After 10 minutes turn the flame off and add coriander leaves. It's ready to serve with layered paratha. Enjoy with your family. Take care, eat well and see you again with new recipe bye!
