- In a separate frying pan and oil and fry some curry leaves in..Add in the marinated chicken in this oil and sear on all sides…Remove this and set aside..
- Now add this chicken pieces in the gravy and mix well..
- Add required amount of water and bring that to boil..Season with salt…
- Cover and Cook this on a low flame for 30 mins.. - Garnish with cilantro and mix well - Serve hot with rice
