- Now add Garam Masala and Mutton/Chicken Masala. Mix well.Let it cook for 5-8 minutes.Add curry Leaves. Off the flame.
- Heat oil for tempering, throw in mustard seeds, let it splutter, add dry red chilly and curry leaves.
- Pour it onto the curry. Add chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with chappathi, vellayappam, parotta….poori's..
