Then add chopped onion and keep stirring until it get soft but not brown then add the spice paste and keep stirring until it leaves oil then add the marrianated chicken piceses and stir it until they are coated with spice mix about 5mint.
- Then add water to thin out the mixture for more gravy then add salt and stir once and close the lid and leave it to cook for more few minutes then turn the heat to medium and cook for again 5 to10 minutes until chicken is tender then open the lid and serve the chicken with roti or rice
As the rice cooks, you'll slice or shred the cooked chicken, then sauté the onion and whip up a quick sauce with curry powder, yogurt, and cream.
