- Take 2 slices Lemon
- Take Ginger cut in julians Spaghetti fried as required
- Make ready Crushed red pepper as required
- Get Boiled eggs 2 chopped
- Take Slims chips as required
- Take Fried samosa patti as required
- Take Chat masala
- Take For Karhi:: onion 2tbs chopped
- Take Ginger,garlic paste 1 tsp Turmeric 1/2 tsp
- Take Roasted gram flour 6 tbsp mixed with 1cup of water Red Chilli powder 1-1/2 tsp
- Make ready Salt Coconut milk powder 1/2 cup mixed with 1 cup of water

COCONUT CHICKEN BASE : The central part of Burmese-Inspired Khao Suey is the "coconut chicken base" which is a finger licking good concoction of cooked shredded chicken simmered in coconut milk, chicken broth, and garbanzo bean flour. The yellow hue comes from a teensy pinch of turmeric and garbanzo flour. I haven't tried a vegetarian version or with different meat although I am tempted.

- Method for Chicken gravy: - Heat oil, stir-fry onion for 5 minutes. - Then add ginger,garlic paste and all spices fry little more. - Now add chicken and cook covered for 10 minutes. - Then add coconut milk. - cooked the chicken till tenderais and the gravy.
- Method for karhi: - Heat oil and fry onion till golden brown. - Then add ginger,garlic paste and all ingridients stir fry well. - Now add coconut milk powder and 1 cup water cooked well. - In last add paste of roasted gram and cooked till karhi in thick form…
