  6. Get 1 tsp Coriander powder
  7. Prepare Onion 3 medium
  8. Prepare 2 tbsp Coconut powder
  9. Take 6-8 Roasted almond
  10. Prepare 1 cup Oil
  11. Get 1 tbsp G.g paste
  12. Take 1 tsp Garam masala powder

This particular version is made with a base of onions and tomatoes. Instructions to make Murghi ka Salan:
  1. Heat oil in pan, saute onion. Then in blender, Mix onion, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, yoghurt, roasted almond and coconut powder.
  2. Mix well, into mixture. Then in hot oil, add the clean chicken with g.g paste and garam masala. Fry well. Then add the blender mixture with 1 cup water, allow it to cook well. Also add green chillies.
  3. As it done in 10 to 15 minutes, till oil appears. Cover it for 2 minutes more. Spread coriander leaves and green chillies chopped. Dish out. Ready to serve. Serve with bhagare rice.
