- Take Seasoning mixture ingredients
- Take 1 .Fish sauce 2 tbs
Combine the soup, mayonnaise, cheese, lemon juice, curry and cayenne; spoon over vegetables. Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium; sprinkle with about half the curry powder and continue to cook for a minute or two. Meanwhile, season both sides of the chicken slices with salt and pepper and sprinkle it.

- Curry paste method 1.1In a mortar, pound all curry paste ingredients until finely smooth. 1.2If using food processor,blend all curry paste ingredients and half of coconut cream until smooth.
- Curry method 2.1Heat 1/2cup of coconut cream in a wok for 2-3 minutes until boiling. Add curry paste and stir until fragrance over medium heat. 2.2Gradually pour the rest of coconut cream and simmer over low heat. Occasionally stir the mixture until oily. 2.3Add chicken and simmer until tender and cooked. 2.4Then add seasoning mixture ingredients,coconut milk. 2.5When boiling again,add Red spur chillies and kaffir lime leaves. Lift from heat. Serve warm with rice.
- Remark *Coconut milk 1/2cup =coconut cream 1tbs+water
- Serving recommendation:1.Sprinkle fine kaffir lime leaves and Red spur chillies on top of the curry. 2.Always serve the curry onto the plate or narrow bowl.
Feel free to substitute garam masala with any other prepared curry spice blends. Place the chopped chicken into a bowl with the half the corriander, garlic, ginger, chili powder, lemon juice and a little oil, season and set aside. Meanwhile, place the chilli, onions and taumeric into a pan with a little oil and saute until softened and translucent. Add the chicken mixture and fry lightly until browned. Add the onions and peppers back into the skillet and reduce heat to low.
