In a small bowl, combine spices. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then rub all over with spice mixture. Place in a large Dutch oven or heavy pot with a tight-fitting lid. Melt the butter in a saucepan.

Steps to make Spicy roast Chicken:
  1. Gather all ingredients in using spices into a food processor and blend until a chunk of paste texture is formed.
  2. Wash and aid chicken to drain out excess liquid.
  3. Put chicken in a large bowl, add paste and massage together with chicken
  4. Allow to rest for 20-30 mins
  5. Set oven to 160 degrees
  6. Place marinated chicken to baking pan. Cover with aluminium paper ensuring that there are no uncovered space.
  7. Cook in the over for 30 mins or until chicken is tender as desired.
  8. For a script texture, remove aluminium paper after 20 mins of the cook process and back into the oven for extra 15mins. This will allow.the chicken to crisp.
  9. Serve with salad (optional)

Add the lemon juice, salt, black pepper, cayenne and garlic, and stir. I just made Spicy Chicken Breasts for dinner and my husband and I loved them!! However I took the advice from a few others and used half the amount of cayenne pepper because I didn't want them to be too spicy.
