- in pan with oil add shallot and spicy sauce ( sambal ) and saute for half a minute then add soy sauce and sugar and mix well for another half a minute then off heat
- BAKED IT IN BANANA LEAF OR FOIL
- put chicken and okra on foil if not using banana leaf
- pour spicy sauce with onion then add coconut milk
- wrap up and baked it at 200 c for 25 minute longer if chicken depending on the thickness and size of the chicken
- SERVE
- un wrap and top garnish serve immediately
