- Coarsely chop the onion, green chillies a little. Add all the ingredients to a big mixing bowl along with 2 tablespoons of ghee.
- Mix well and cover. Let this sit in the refrigerator overnight for best results.
- Next day, either make kabaabs on skewers or mould them with hands.
- Grill them on stovetop or bake them on 200° for 25-30 minutes. Or cook them on stovetop.
- Before grilling or baking, baste them with extra amount of pure ghee generously.
