  19. Make ready 1 tbsp ghee
  20. Make ready 1 tbsp lemon juice
  21. Get 2 tbsp tomato puree
  22. Get 1 tbsp curd
  23. Make ready 3/4 th cup water

Add whole garam masala and bay leaves. Sauté until cardamoms starts to crackle. Add chopped onions and cook until translucent and soft. Add kasoori methi, garam masala powder, chopped fresh coriander, salt.

  1. Marinate chicken with little salt and lemon juice for 1 hour.Meanwhile scrape coconut.Make a paste of roasted peanuts,cream,fennel seeds and ginger garlic paste.Chop methi leaves.Heat oil in a wok and fry the chicken lightly.
  2. Also fry the chopped onion till crispy and set aside.Fry 2 dry red chillies also.
  3. Add ghee to the remaining oil,sprinkle half crushed whole garam masala and when they splutter,add the ground masala alongwith curd,tomato puree,fresh cream,ginger garlic paste,turmeric,red chilli powder and kitchen king masala.Add scraped coconut and chopped methi leaves and salt to taste and fry.
  4. Now add the fried chicken and toss.Add little water and boil till chicken is done. Add the fried onion and toss till masala coats chicken.Garnish with chopped coriander,dry red chillies and fresh cream and serve with pulao, jeera rice or any Indian flat bread.
