- Add ground puree, ground spice, salt, chilli powder and mix well
- Keep stirring for 4-5 minutes over medium heat
- Finally add slightly fried chicken with garam masala. Stir well
- Add 1 cup water. Check for salt, adjust
- Cover and cook until chicken is cooked stirring occasionally
- Serve warm with rice or chapatis
