Then heat a dosa pan,once it is hot place the prepared parathas and cook on both sides. Likewise prepare all the parathas I love paneer bhurji in wraps and rolls. So reserved little for this sake itself and made these rolls. The stuffing idea is endless, you can even make chicken vegetable stuffing.

- Heat oil in a pan & add Mustard seed and sliced onion. Let it brown. Add Chopped Ginger and Garlic, Green Chilli and Curry leaves. Let it cook till the raw smell goes, around 3-4 mins. Add, Turmeric powder, Garam masala, Coriander and Chilly Powder and Mix well. Cook for another 2-3 mins. Add Sliced tomatos and mix well
- Add 100 ml water and salt and mix well. Add chicken pieces. Combine everything well and make sure that chicken pieces are coated with masala. When chicken starts changing the color add add 100 ml water & mix well.
- Let it boil and add more water only if required. Once the chicken is done, remove the lid, add some curry leaves and continue cooking for another 5-7 mins on low flame, just to roast it a little more. Remove from fire. The dish will get a Dry Chicken Masala.
- Make a dosa,and put beaten egg on the top of the dosa with salt.
- Remove Dosa from the Tawa and stuff with the Chicken Masala and roll it well tight.
- Once again put it on the Tawa and cut into 2 pc, serve with Spicy Mint and Coconut Chutney.
