The ingredients needed to make Chicken vada:
- Take 1/4 kg Minced chicken
- Get 1/4 cup Fried Gram

- Prepare Clove 3
- Get 1 tablespoon Cinnamon fennel powder

In a mixerjar add onion, ginger and garlic paste, garam masala, chicken cube, coriander and curry leaves and pulse until coarse paste. Add the chicken to the masala and grind to a smooth paste transfer in a mixing bowl. Check for salt add if needed. Add cashew and gram flour mix.
Steps to make Chicken vada:
- Take minced chicken and grind it in mixie.
- Collect the required ingredients
- Powder the fried gram and add it to the minced chicken
- Grind the rest of the ingredients in mixie
- Add them to the chicken bowl, add required salt.
- Mix everything together to form
- Take small balls out of it and flat them with your hands like a vada
- Deep fry them in medium hot oil
- Hot chicken Vadas are ready to serve
