  1. Cut the mushroom and soak it for 5-10 min  in hot water with turmeric powder and salt
  2. Wash it thoroughly with chill water
  3. Heat the pressure cooker add oil, pattai, kirambu, cardmom, mint leaves and green chilli, mushrooms to it and fry for 5-7 min
  4. Next add ginger garlic onion paste, chilli powder, briyani powder, coriander powder, chicken masala powder and tomato to i and fry it till the oil comes out
  5. Now add water and coconut milk, salt, lemon juice to it and leave it to boiling point
  6. Now add rice to it and leave it till the boiling point
  7. Now close the cooker with lid and whistle leave it for 2 whistles and switch off the stove
  8. Serve it with raita………yummy!!!!!!!
