- Take 500 gm Chicken
- Take 2 Green chillies

Chicken Cafreal….a traditional Goan dish, which is not only tasty but also easy to prepare. The dish can be used as a starter as well as a side dish. Instructions to make Chicken Cafreal:
- Grind all the masala item to a fine paste and marinate the chicken with the prepared masala and lime juice for at least 3-4 hrs.
- Heat oil add fry the sliced onions until translucent, now add the chicken and let it turn white, cover and cook the marinated chicken with little water (as per gravy required) for at least 15 - 20 minutes.
- When the chicken is done open the lid and cook for another 5 - 10min.
- Now add the coconut milk and cook for 5 minutes and switch off the flame and garnish it with coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice or rotis.
