Make paste of onion, then garlic/ginger/mustard seeds, put refined oil into pan first put paste of onion stir well until it gets brown then put next paste of ginger/garlic/mustard seeds stir well then put one after another first coconut powder, rice powder, slice of cheese, Mawa, green chillies, cashew nuts and kismis stir it properly and put milk after 7-8 minutes put the fried chicken into the pan and get cooked in a very low flame for another 15-20 minutes,tomato for garnishment and
  3. Spread with honey and serve

The chicken is marinated in coconut milk loaded with Thai flavours which adds flavour and richness to the chicken. Served with a Peanut Coconut Sauce to really drive home the coconut flavour, this Thai Chicken is fantastic for the BBQ, stovetop or roasting.
