- Make ready 200 gm Chicken

Fry it in oil and shred the fried chicken and remove the bones. Now steam cook the puttu with this masala in between instead of coconut. Meen puttu or meen masala puttu again is a quick breakfast or even dinner. Meen/fish puttu is a traditional Kerala recipe.
Steps to make Masala puttu:
- Take 200 gm cooked bone less chicken with turmeric powder and salt. Mash the chicken. Heat a pan add coconut oil add chopped onion add 1tspn ginger garlic paste add green chilli then add salt as needed saute well. When it become soft add all spices powder then again mix well.
- Fry till the raw smell is gone then add smashed chicken into it mix Together closed the lid and again cook for 5 mins. Add chopped coriander remove from the heat take 1cup roasted rice flour add a pinch salt take
- Water to mix. Cook in steem for 3 mins remove from the flame. Again mix with water then layer the chicken masala2 table spoon then 1 table spoon sherded coconut then roasted rice flour cook in steem for 3 mins.it's ready to serve
