- In a large mixing bowl marinate the chicken with Coriander paste,garlic paste,ginger paste,green chilli paste & little salt. Marinated it for atleast 1 hour.
- Makiing paste:-In a mixer grinder add coconut,cashew nuts,poppy seeds & whole spices and blend it very smoothly.
- Making Curry:-Heat oil in a pan add tomato and saute.
- Then add the paste and saute. Add salt,red chilli powder,cumin powder,Coriander powder and saute.
- Add marinated chicken and mix it. Cover and cook 5-6 mins & then add water and stir.
- Cook it till the chicken is completely cooked.
- Garnished with chopped Coriander and serve hot.
